RETURNS

For safety reasons, all sales are final on opened or used products, including all lip glosses and skin care products. We only accept returns if the items are received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. To be eligible for a return the products should be unused and in the original packaging. The request should be made 3 days of delivery. 

DAMAGES/ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us with your order number, clear photos of the product, and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund upon request and after inspection.

REFUNDS

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once items have been processed or shipped.
